Z acidofiln\u00e9ho mlieka si odlejeme dvesto mililitrov. \u0160\u0165avu z brosky\u0148ov\u00e9ho komp\u00f3tu zu\u017eitkujeme tie\u017e a to presnej\u0161ie 50 mililitrov. Vaj\u00ed\u010dko si vezmeme iba jedno a priprav\u00edme si sto gramov kry\u0161t\u00e1lov\u00e9ho cukru. 75 mililitrov oleja a brosky\u0148ov\u00e9ho komp\u00f3tu sto gramov. Op\u00e4\u0165 \u0161\u0165avu z komp\u00f3tu, ktorej ale 50 mililitrov zu\u017eitkujeme na poliatie.\u00a0Na kr\u00e9m budeme potrebova\u0165 tie\u017e p\u00e1r ingredienci\u00ed, ale podstatne menej. Mlie\u010dka si odlejeme 350 mililitrov. Jeden bal\u00ed\u010dek pudingov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku s vanilkovou pr\u00edchu\u0165ou a sto gramov pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9ho cukru. No a e\u0161te 150 gramov masla, ktor\u00e9 je bez pr\u00edchute.\u00a0Na z\u00e1vere\u010dn\u00e9 ozdobenie budeme potrebova\u0165 iba zav\u00e1ran\u00e9 broskyne a nejak\u00e9 opra\u017een\u00e9 mandle.\u00a0Do misy nasypeme m\u00faku, kypriaci pr\u00e1\u0161ok a s\u00f3du bikarb\u00f3nu. Tieto suroviny zamie\u0161ame a prid\u00e1me mandle s \u010dokol\u00e1dou. Do druhej misky nalejeme acidofiln\u00e9 mlieko a \u0161\u0165avu z komp\u00f3tu a zamie\u0161ame spolu s vajcom, cukrom a aj olejom. N\u00e1sledne obe misky zamie\u0161ame dohromady a primie\u0161ame nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 broskyne. Na plech ulo\u017e\u00edme ko\u0161\u00ed\u010dky a tie napln\u00edme cestom. Pe\u010dieme v predhriatej r\u00fare na maxim\u00e1lne 180-tich stup\u0148och po dobu 20 a\u017e 25 min\u00fat.\u00a0Priprav\u00edme si kr\u00e9m. V \u0161tvrtine litra mlieka rozpust\u00edme cukor.
